Party Buses are such great fun; you will want to spend as much time as possible on them. They are excellent for birthdays, weddings, office parties, hen and stag parties and the list goes on. Basically, whatever the occasion, you need to get a Party Bus, you will thank us later.

A lot of people don’t really know where to start with the planning, but luckily we are here to help you throw the ultimate party on the bus. We have put together a few useful tips to help you have the most fun possible with your party bus rental.

Step One: Pick Your Party Bus

Now not all party buses are created the same. And that’s a good thing of course. It is difficult to throw an epic party in a venue but a venue on wheels, now we are talking. It is definitely not a cookie cutter ride – it is an amazingly unforgettable experience for your kids, your friends, your family, or your coworkers. You get a variety of rentals and picking the right party bus really sets the tone for the entire adventure.

Step Two: Party-Bus Food and Drink Ideas

When planning the menu, think along the lines of a cocktail party. So keep the snacks easy, light and not too messy. Bring a variety of finger foods—easy bite sized canapes, peanuts, potato chips and tiny deserts will work perfectly. When calculating how much food to make, expect every guest to have two to four of each snack.

As for drinks, a sound policy is to bring enough so that everyone can have two drinks during the first hour and one drink every hour after that, you can even ask your guest to bring their own as it will keep the cost lower, and also ensures they have drinks they like for the party.

Step Three: Mixing Your Playlist

This really depends on your taste and those of your guests. Bring your phone and an auxiliary cable and play DJ all night long, or request guests to send you some songs before the event that will get them in the party mood. Or you could ask the party bus rental company if they can provide music for you. Or if it’s a themed party, crack up the tunes that compliment the theme i.e. 80’s night.

Step Four: Don’t Forget Anything

A very simple way to ensure that you have everything needed to throw your party is to create a checklist and to tick off as you go along. Below is a great checklist to keep you organised.

  • Food
  • Drinks
  • Party favours (costumes, decorations, etc.)
  • Bottled water
  • Music
  • Extra ice
  • Extra cash
  • Phone charger/USB cord
  • Cups, plates, and utensils
  • Stain-remover pen
  • Paper towels
  • Hand sanitizer
  • First-aid kit
  • Plastic wrap
  • Plastic food containers
  • Trash bags
  • Cooler

So start sending out your invites because this is one party your family and friends will not want to miss.
